Actuators

Upon request, ball valves VB-12F can be at our factory assembled with:

Pneumatic actuators AN-VB: either double acting (DA) or spring return (SR).
Electrical actuators AE-VB: of 24V, 85V and 240V can also be assembled.

Tests

100% tested in accordance to API STANDARD 598, each valve is tested to check the leakage in the seats and packing. Upon request, the corresponding materials and test certificates can be delivered with the valve.

Maintenance

Valves with long no-working period may have a harder initial operating torque. Designed to be operated in a fully open or fully closed position.

Tecval VB-20 3-Pieces Ball Valve is a Forged Body design. The forging process reduces the surface porosity and closes up internal cavities. The result is mechanical stronger and more durable product, especially suitable for working in high corrosive environment. They are manufactured under ASME B16.34.

Tests

100% valves are tested in accordance to API STANDARD 598, each valve is tested to check the leakage in the seats and packing. However they can also be tested under other standards such as EN12266. Upon request, the corresponding materials (EN10204 3.1) and test certificates can be delivered with the valve.

Maintenance

Valves with long no-working period may have a harder initial operating torque. Are designed to be operated in a fully open or fully closed position.

With a smooth and safe movement, VB-15 TECVAL 3-Pieces ball valve is designed to work with liquids or gases under either high pressure or moderate vacuum service. To be used in numerous applications, they are manufactured in several sizes, connections and alloys.

References are formed by three parts:
Valve Code  Look for it in the order codes chart on the previous page.
Option/s  If required, add the code/s from the options section on the previous page (in alphabetical order).
Material  Look for the code on the materials chart.

Example valve VB-65 with one option:

Full Bore Trunnion Ball Valve VB-65(FB) 3"NPT SuperDuplex with Nitrile seals:

3513 B AS The reference required to place the order is 3513BAS.

Actuators

Upon request, ball valves VB-65 can be delivered with pneumatic actuators, either double acting or spring return. The actuators can be worked by standarised or bottled air.
Electrical actuators of 24V, 115V and 230V can also be assembled.

Tests

100% tested in accordance to API STANDARD 598. Each valve is tested to check the leakage in the seats and packing. Upon request, the corresponding materials and test certificates can be delivered with the valve.

Maintenance

Our VB-65 valves are designed to be operated in a fully open or fully closed position.
Valves with long no-working period may have a harder initial operating torque.

2 & 3-Way Ball Valve for High Pressures (FxF) Working Pressures: 100 \| 210 bar (1500 \| 3000 PSI)
TECVAL two and three-way SELECTOR ball valves are designed to allow a quick opening and close of the flow, and obtain a fast commutation and distribution. Are to be operated in a fully open or fully closed position. The superficial micro-finish of the trunnion-ball ensures a perfect sealing for both liquid and gas under high pressure or moderate vacuum service.

Packaging All TECVAL valves are supplied packed in individual polyethilene airtight bags, which include the general features of the valve. End screw connections are protected with polyethilene caps. Everything is 100% recyclable.
