Wafer Type Lift Check Valve between flanges EN1092-1 Up to 160 bar (2300 PSI)
TECVAL manufactures its VW-01 Wafer Type Lift Check Valve. Developed by TECVAL, it is an exclusive and totally innovative use of the seal, which is suitable to work under high pressure service. Unique in the market with Superduplex spring. Its compact design guarantees a total hold-up, even with high volatile gases, fluids, steam,...etc.

Valve Code Look for it in the order codes chart on the previous page.	..	Option/s -If required, add the code/s from the options section on the previous page (in alphabetical order)	...	Material -Look for the code on the materials chart.
An example of valve and one option: Wafer Type Lift Check Valve VW-01 DN 50 PN160 Superduplex: 4655 AS The reference required to place the order is 4655AS.

Tests

100% tested in accordance to API STANDARD 598, each valve is tested to check the leakage in the seats. Upon request, the corresponding materials and test certificates can be delivered with the valve.

Packaging

All TECVAL valves are supplied packed in individual polyethilene airtight bags. End screw connections are protected with polyethilene caps. Everything is 100% recyclable.

Elastomers & Seats

Seat (position 5) can be made of different materials: Nitrile B , FPM VI or Neopren N , considering the working conditions. Likewise the seats can be made in other materials upon request.
